We had an amazing stay on our honeymoon, with a private outdoor bath and an amazing breakfast in the morning. Staff was absolutely excellent, even helped us get to our next location. Would highly recommend this place!!

Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!

A very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. We are also impressed by the dinner and breakfast. My 3-year old kid loves this Onsen hotel very much too. We will definitely come again for another stay.

住宿環境優美及整潔，房間設有私人溫泉放鬆身心，晚上在露台時可觀賞星星。餐廳提供的晚餐及早餐均新鮮美味，部份料理更會即場展示製作過程，讓人難忘的體驗。旅館提供接送服務往返住宿及有馬溫泉駅外，更協助接送至往六甲山纜車的位置，十分貼心，解決了非自駕遊的問題。最後服務人員十分友善，感謝他們的協助讓旅程變的更為順暢，渡過了一個愉快及放鬆的假期。

素晴らしいホスピタリティ、心からのおもてなしのお宿でした。事前に主人の還暦祝いで、宿泊する旨、伝えておりましたら、様々な真心のサービスをして下さり、大感動でした。お料理も素晴らしく、太田軍団の若き精鋭の皆様が、席まで足を運んで下さり、目の前でお寿司を握って下さったり、雲海鍋、すき焼きの砂糖の代わりにわたあめが上に乗せてあり、そこに出汁をかけて、ライブ感溢れる楽しい演出があったりと、次から次へと驚きの連続でした。目にも鮮やかな器と、細部まで食材にこだわり、素材を際立たせる調理法で、本当に美味しく、最後まで感動して頂きました。帰りには、名物のお土産まで頂戴して、お見送り頂き、又、来たいと思うお宿でした。スタッフの皆様も本当にお心遣いに溢れて、優しさに心が和みました。大変にありがとうございました。
