駅までのシャトルバスがあり、助かりました。すぐ近くにコンビニがあったり、最寄り駅やコンベンションセンターから徒歩圏内なのも、便利だと感じました。 部屋の照明がもう少し明るいといいなぁと思います。 ベッドの近くにコンセントがないことが不便に感じました。（携帯電話の充電等）

ライブ遠征で使用しました。 空港にも三ノ宮にもアクセスしやすく、また大浴場やランドリーもあり便利でした。 ただ周辺にコンビニくらいしかなく、またコンビニもタイミングによっては商品がガラガラだったりするので、そこだけマイナスです。

立地はポートライナーの中埠頭駅近くで、三宮にすぐ出られます。目の前にセブンイレブンがあるのも良いです。 室内は広くベットも快適です。たまたま宿泊費が安かった喫煙ルームでしたが（たばこは喫いません）、たばこ臭もなく（天井の角部に若干黄ばみはあるかな・・・）過ごしやすかったです。コスパは非常によかったですね。
