The hotel is very close from Kobe JR station and Harborlad Subway Station. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby including one at the entrance to the hotel and one at the bottom of the hotel. There are lots of walks from the hotel. The view from the room is nice.

The property is nice and upscale, but they have a single physical key for the room, which makes it difficult if you're traveling with someone. A card key system is preferable. They should look into providing a power outlet at bedside as well.

Staffs are helpful The hotel ocation is good as it is very close to the JR station and umie shopping mall. The triple room is big and its view is nice as well. But it is a bit hot in the room, even turn on the air conditioner to 20 degrees (which is already the lowest degree you can abjusted).

Disappointing hotel experience

The experience at the hotel front desk was disappointing due to the impolite demeanor of the staff. Their lack of courtesy was evident, making the check-in process unpleasant. Additionally, the overall quality of the hotel did not meet expectations, with several aspects falling short of basic standards. The facilities appeared poorly maintained, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay. The combination of unprofessional service and subpar amenities resulted in a negative impression of the hotel.
