立地やホスピタリティー、全てに於いて素晴らしかったがただ一点残念な点が…！まず迎えは2回もメールしたのに返信含め来ませんでした。ただ埠頭から10分しない距離です。道も海沿いを歩き病院を右折するだけであとは道なり。ただ砂混じりの道、最後は砂浜。かなり疲れます。送りはリヤカーで。無料のフェリーなんてありません。

Hotellin henkilökunta oli tosi mahtavaa, mutta ei vain kovin hyvin englantia puhunut. Onneksi ranta baarin puolella puhuttiin liiankin hyvää englantia. Huone merinäköalalla oli loistava, sekä sänky hyvä. Huone aika basic mutta ajoi kyllä asiansa. Kannattaa vuokrata hotellilta halvalla kanootti ja meloa viereiselle money Island saarelle, jossa pääsee ihan livenä kuvailemaan apinoita ja muutenkin hieno mesta. Satamasta oli laukkujen kuljetus hotellille, samoin henkilökunnta myös kantoi edes-takaisin laukut huoneesta, sillä hissiä ei ole. Phi phillä ei myöskää ole autoja, eikä minkäänlaista liikennettä, joka oli todella positiivista thaimaan muiden kohteiden melujen jälkeen. Jos oot tosi herkkäuninen älä ota tätä hotellia, rannan äänet öisin kuuluvat todella selkeästi.

Also das Hotel ist eine Kathastrophe und wir haben für eine Nacht also pro Zimmer 30 Euro bezahlt inkl Frühstück ! Das ist zwar nicht viel Geld im ersten Moment, aber wer Thailand kennt, weiß, dass man für weniger Geld besser wohnen kann ! Es ist einigermaßen sauber und die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr nett und man wird mit Namensschild von der Fähre abgeholt, was ein echt guter Service ist ! Im Zimmer befindet sich auch eine Klimaanlage ! Pünktlich um 2 Uhr nachts hört dann die Party auf und man kann schlafen ! Allerdings sehen die Photos besser aus, als es ist, darum waren wir wohl einfach enttäuscht und sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist !

Branta jobbiga trappor upp till rummen, fin utsikt när man väl kommit upp. Skräpigt runtomkring, funkar om man bara ska bo någon natt.

This hotel is not what I was expecting, it isn't near the party places so I thought it would be quieter, it's just as loud as being at the beach party opposite the accom on the other side of bay. Our air con didn't work so they changed us room, it then rained and the roof in new room leaked and the bed was soaked. Not a good experience, barely slept for 3 nights. Staff excellent and breakfast amazing. The rooms just need more work and some more sound proofing and it would be a perfect spot.

The room with very nice seaview. Old bed with bad matracess. Salt wather in the shower. Receptionist nice, maybe too pushy, he sold to us purposely wrong ferry tickets

Terrible !! the hotel is very expensive in comparison with other hotels, upon arrival no room was available, the receptionist tried to send us to another hotel and after our rejection .. he gave us a room !! so there were rooms available initially !! no pool as is shows in the pictures on expedia !! no TV in room ... there is no lobby ! reception is just a desk next to the staircase ! there is no normal water for washing and showering .. only salty water !!! you need to buy mineral bottled water for washing ! far away from the harbor .. long walk to the restaurants and supermarkets ... very loud noise and music from the night shows on the beach till late night ... lots lots of mosquitoes.. staff hardly speak English and rude !! tired or writing more negative words about this hotel .. sad to call it a hotel !!

The rooms were just ok, but you have to climb 66 stairs to get to them. At least that's how many steps I had to climb to reach my room. Also, all the water in the rooms is salt water. So when you shower after swimming at the beach you are just rinsing yourself off with more salt water. And the wi-fi didn't work in the room, only down by the service counter. Also, this hotel is near all the bars and clubs. At night, you can hear the LOUD music from every bar crashing together so good luck getting a good night sleep.

Es handelte sich um eine fehlerhafte Buchung aufGrund eibes Systemfehlers seitens Expedia. Nachdem wir das vor Ort festgestellt hatten, haben wir uns umgehend für einen Umzug entschieden da eine Übernachtung in diesem hotel zu diesem Preis für uns inakzeptabel war. Die nacht kostete 65 eur. Es gab kein Süßwasser in der Dusche und es musste im Bedarfsfall Trinkwasser aus Plastikflaschen manuell eingefüllt werden. Das Hotel war unsauber und in einem desolaten Zustand. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für 15-20 Eur pro Nacht wäre es ok; aber nicht für 65 eur! Wir sind umgehend umgezogen und haben für 5 eur mehr in einem tollen hotel mit pool, hervorragendem Frühstücksbuffet und Süßwasser ;-) gewohnt. Nachdem wir heute aus unserm Urlaub zurückkehren hoffe ich dass wir von expedia die Auslagen erstattet bekommen. ... Das beschriebene Hotel können wir nicht empfehlen!

入住时被惊呆了，房间里面简陋得不能再简陋了，洗漱用品都没有，马桶上还有血迹。被子是简单的用俩床单夹在一起，不小心里面成黑色的被子就会漏出来，根本不敢盖，最后用老婆带的一次性被套凑活睡了。到晚上海湾里面酒吧的声音简直震耳欲聋啊，到凌晨两点才停下来。糟糕的住宿，根本不值这个价。
