The room itself was great the beds were quite comfy and the best blankets yet. But the washrooms where vile and the surrounding area is a construction zone a real eyesore plus having to listen to the machines.

Nice location for the proximity to the beach during the Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan. Also a great food place right next door called Jikko Beach Bar. Would recommend if you are staying two days or so for the Full Moon, but be cognizant of your checkout time as I told staff I would be an extra hour and they didn’t alarm me of any extra fees if I surpassed that hour, which I ended up spending two hours instead of the one I first claimed I would have, charged me 300 baht. Just make communication as clear as possible as it’s a tiny place probably low amount of workers but free snacks and good AC was nice
