We had a lovely stay in Koh Mook. This hotel offers great value and service. Rooms are extremely clean and the staff are very dedicated and help immediately with any small request. I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is an inexpensive hotel on a remote island. I arrived in a cast and they were very kind and helpful.

It was an ok hotell, if you really need a pool it might be worth it but not to me. A bit dated and the grounds looked worse but the location was nice and of course the staff was lovely.

Great location, but let down by many small things.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic, right next to the beach and the room we had (sky room) was big and light and the included breakfast selection was pretty good Unfortunately, this place is let down by quite a few things. the beach area in front is not cleaned, so rubbish and debris is just left there. the room was not that well cleaned , you could see that the mirror, doors etc, especially in the bathroom had not even been wiped down for quite some considerable time, Beach towels that had been left on the sunbeds by previous customers were left on he beds , so it was not possible to differentiate between ones that had just not been removed by staff and those that were "reserved" by selfish residents who put their towels on sunbeds early in the morning and did not come to use them until many hours later !!! Overall, because we booked some time in advance, we had a reasonable price, so accepted the negatives at this place because it was in a great location. However, we spoke to some people who booked more last minute and paid over double what we did and I would not have been happy at that price with all the problems. If you turn right at the beach ... You will find some great bar/ restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away.

If you are looking for a bed with aircon this will do. The property was very run down, with marks on towels and bed linen. There are building works around the property and it’s located directly next to the loudspeaker for the religious calls at 5am. Overall not great value for money as it wasn’t the cheapest with aircon and we spent all day out of the property

Bra läge och fin strand i övrigt ej prisvärt

Väldigt bra läge på en super fin strand och nära huvudgata och bra restauranger är nog det ända som var bra på det här boendet. I övrigt ej trevligt ställe att bo på. Rummen stora men var slitna och väldigt smutsiga, det var delar som inte städats på mycket länge. Städningen var knapphändig, det sopades på sin höjd på golven men andra delar var det inte städat alls under hela våran vistelse. Tex avföring från ödlor på handfatet togs aldrig bort under en vecka. Mycket kryp, ödlor och myror inne i rummet. Området är överlag slitet och restaurangen är väldigt tråkig och smutsig. Knappt att man kunde äta något på frukosten pga bristande hygien. Vi är vana besökare av budgetboenden i Thailand och det här var ett av de sämre ställena vi bott på och då var det inte heller jätte billigt.

Ikke helt topp hotel men de har en fin strand

Hotellet er gammelt og slitt.Bodde her i 3 dager fikk ikke byttet håndklær på de 3 dagene. Hadde hotellet fått en oppgradering så hadde vært pengene å bo her. Hotellet har en kjempefin strand, og de serverer god frokost og lunch.

Rekommenderas inte! Tyvärr levde detta boende inte upp till förväntningarna. Bilderna motsvarade inte verkligheten, och området kändes slitet och ovårdat. Hotellet ligger i ett övergivet område nära piren på Koh Mook, och både vägen dit och hotellets gård var fulla av skräp och ogräs. Restaurangen hade ett stort problem med lösa hundar som rörde sig bland gästerna under frukosten, vilket inte kändes hygieniskt eller tryggt. Sängarna var dessutom mycket hårda, och städningen lämnade mycket att önska. Om du söker ett bekvämt och välskött boende, rekommenderar jag att du ser dig om efter andra alternativ.

Bitte tut euch dieses Hotel nicht an. Negativ: Die Zimmer wurden seit geschätzten 20 Jahren nicht mehr modernisiert, es ist dreckig, Flecken überall. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Die Dusche hat quasi keinen Wasserdruck, das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn stank bestialisch. Die Tür zum Balkon konnte man nicht verschließen. Poolliegen vergammelt, Spielgerät rostig, Treppengeländer lebensgefährlich, keine frischen Handtücher, Frühstück Katastrophe (insbesondere Hygiene), keine Kommunikation auf englisch, Müllberge auf der Außenanlage… diese Liste kann auf Anfrage weiter fortgeführt werden. Positiv: Liegt am Strand

Virkeligt dårligt hotel og folk bør holde sig langt væk fra dette hotel. Skrald flyder overalt, byggerod og løst gående hunde. Ulækkert indeklima og havvand i bruseren. Vi forlod hotellet allerede efter første nat. Billeder stemmer IKKE overens med virkeligheden. Hold jer langt væk fra dette hotel.

En resort vars glansdagar varit över för länge sedan. Mycket slitet och nergånget. Överlag ofräscht. Att ens hyra ut är ett hån mot gäster. Städning fungerade sådär. Ena dagen båddade man inte ens, nästa dag glömde man byta handdukar, nästa dag glömdes vatten. Toaletter vid restaurangen ej städade på länge. Stranden en besvikelse. Allmänt intryck väldigt slitet och ej efterhållet. Dessutom smutsigt. Rekommenderas ej. Finns betydligt billigare och bättre. Koh Mook är annars en fantastisk ö att besöka. Anders o Thanya

Die Unterkunft entspricht leider überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Wir bekamen zwar ein Upgrade auf ein Terrassenzimmer direkt am Strand welches von der Ausstattung auch toll und funktional war, aber die gesamte Anlage ist leider in einem desolaten Zustand! Sie ist verwahrlost und erinnerte uns teils an Walking Dead oder ein Lost Place. Die Bungalows und Häuschen sind sehr schön, aber leider ist alles sehr heruntergekommen und verwahrlost. Ein bisschen Instandhaltung und Pflege der Grünanlage und der Ort wäre grandios. Der Pool war nicht nutzbar, das Wasser schien "umgekippt. Das Restaurant hat bis auf 5 Frühstücke zur Auswahl nichts weiter angeboten, auch war die angepriesene Pizzeria geschlossen. Wir reisen schon seit 10 Jahren durch Thailand, aber dies war für den hohen Preis leider wirklich die größte Enttäuschung und den Preis definitiv nicht wert! Die Insel an sich ist toll, man kann viel wandern und entspannt urlauben, wir haben leider nicht verlängert (wie wir es für gewöhnlich tun) und sind weiter nach Koh Libong - wirklich schade um die Unterkunft.
