Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! Our highlights: the service, the view, the friendliness of all staff. We find it rare to remember a vacation for the hospitality of the hotel, yet Islanda came super close. Will definitely come back!

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and put the customer first. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and I slept well. The view of the ocean from the pool is magical. The location is perfect- close to coffee shops and restaurants.

Lovely infinity pool & views

Infinity pool is amazing with incredible views and the pool area was quite quiet. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast system was a little odd and confusing but other than that the stay was great!

The hotel organized the transfer from BKK to hotel and to next island with fair prices, they rent scooters in good conditions at good prices, the location has an awesome view, staff is super friendly, the whole hotel is clean, breakfast is on nice terrace and sufficient choices, the only thing was a bad smell in bathroom which might be due to bad pipe construction.

Notre séjour à Koh Mak du 1er novembre au 3 novembre a été tout simplement parfait ! L’endroit est magnifique, très calme, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de l’île. Mais ce qui a rendu notre expérience vraiment exceptionnelle, c’est la femme qui nous a accueilli. Une magnifique rencontre - pleine de gentillesse et d’attention. Encore un grande merci !

Vääääldigt lungt.

Ett bra Hotell med bra läge på en höjd. Utsikt över havet, pool med infinity känsla mot havet Det var inte gångavstånd till stranden som man kunde tro, stranden nedanför var inte badvänlig= långgrunt och stenigt. jo kanke men då var man trött. Hyr moppe helt riskfritt då det var väldigt lite trafik. Då gjorde man ön på en dag.

Et meget pænt og rent hotel samt venligt personale. Vi havde dog tænkt at det lå direkte ved stranden, men der var ca 10-15 min. gang dertil. Lejede en scooter på hotellet for 250 bath for at komme rundt at se øen.

Toppenhotell med underbar utsikt

Perfekt hotell för ett par dagar på ön. Enkelt att ta sig till båten för Koh Kham med moped. Ok frukost, ok standard på rummen och supertrevlig personal. Fantastiskt utsikt. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell!

Insekter, underbar utsikt och trevlig personal.

Dålig ventilation i badrummet gjorde att det var konstant fuktigt med mycket kryp och insekter t.ex. spindlar, ödlor och kackerlackor. Även mycket mygg kring hotellet och generellt på Koh Maak. Fantastisk utsikt från restaurangen och trevlig service minded personal. Men akta er för drinkarna, de var riktiga rävgift.

Jättebra boende! Receptionen fanns alltid till vår hjälp med frågor och med transfer till Bangkok. Hotellet ligger i närheten av olika stränder och resturanger. Mycket bra!

Fin utsikt och trevligt poolområde. Bra frukost (med fin utsikt), beställer man in bekvämt genom att kryssa i vad man vill ha på en lista. Finns flera stränder och många bra restauranger inom gångavstånd. Nackdelen med läget på en kulle, är att man får gå uppför en backe i 30°C värme. Alternativt hyra skoter eller ta taxi.
