We stayed here during a storm unfortunately and it was the perfect place to do so on our trip to Thailand. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the pool area (for the half a day we had sun) was really nice. Would highly recommend and can't understand why this property doesn't have a higher guest score.

I will be returning to Dolcevita if I come back to Koh Lanta. Wonderful it was indeed. A minute walk to the beach. The resort is much nicer and well maintained in person than the pictures. The villas were very clean with hot water and very a cold and quiet AC. I was worried the bungalows were going to be bug central at night but they were more like villas and did not have any issues with bugs. Roosters in the morning and some music from the hostel next door in the evening but I can see past that considering how nice the stay was. The Thai food at the resort was great and cheap for a hotel. Seems to be mainly female staff and everyone were so nice. Rita the owner helped us out and was very kind. Pang at the pool bar very friendly and funny. And thank you to the woman in the front desk who tried to help us out after our transport to Krabi refused to pick us up and left us stranded. Can’t wait to come back to such a peaceful place.

The bungalows and resort area are very nice. The pool and back garden sitting area are awesome. Unfortunately for this property there is a youth hostel literally right next to them. They are loud at night. It is too bad. Otherwise it would be a great place to stay.

Stay was good, bed was comfy though we had to ask for a real blanket. Not just a empty duvet cover. Staff was helpful and kind. Good location to the beach, but dirty road leading to beach was not very nice. And hostel next door had music thumping until 3am almost every night. Bring ear plugs! Pool and landscape could be better.

With only 4 days before our trip our initial hotel cancelled our booking last minute so Expedia helped us find this alternative. We didn’t have much time to decide so were initially concerned with where we’d quickly plumped for. However, we have no complaints. The management contacted us straight away and arranged an airport transfer. The bungalows are only basic facilities but are clean and in a good area of the island. Perhaps a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as there are pretty much the entire length of the western coastline. Plenty of tuk tuks around so you can easily get around to other local areas or beyond. The hotel helped us to arrange a hire car with a company they use. It was delivered to the hotel and was a great service at a good price. We had a couple of very nice pizzas from the hotel. We only used the pool a couple of times but it was a lovely area to lounge with a bar. The hostel next has been mentioned by others but we didn’t find it too disturbing at all. We spent two weeks here so in retrospect we would have been content with maybe a week here before moving on to another accommodation elsewhere on the island or beyond. For the price -we can’t fault the staff or hotel at all . We were made very welcome throughout and wish Wonderful Resort well for the future.

The place is well maintained and a short walk from yhe beach. It is at the dar end on Long beach but everything is walkable. Free water and coffee delivered daily Providing beach towls would be a good addition and we had to ask for fresh towls

Really beautiful grounds and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable with strong AC and the staff left water and instant coffee out for us in the mornings. Great location - the beach was a 5 minute walk away and there were multiple restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance as well. There were always tuk tuk drivers waiting outside if you needed to go anywhere. The pool and the outdoor area was amazing with lots of comfy areas to lie in the shade too and the staff made great cocktails. The reception set up our bus/ferry service to Phi Phi and with booking a bike rental which was very helpful.

Mysiga bungalows med djungelkänsla

Vilken liten oas precis i närheten av stranden Long beach. Mysiga bungalows i djungel miljö med poolområde. Fåglarna sjöng och det hängde en klase bananer i ett bananträd på väg ner till poolen. Fräscha rum, sköna sängar och man fick spola ner toalettpapper i toaletten! Tog endast 2 min att gå ner till stranden. Minus är att det ligger ett populärt hostel precis bredvid som spelade hög musik och hade lite jippon fram till 23 tiden, men sen blev det faktiskt tyst så att man kunde sova utan att bli störd.
