Vacations Close To Ko Lan View Point

We booked a room based on the pictures provided when making the reservation. However, when we arrived, we were not given the room we had booked. We were shown four different rooms, all of which looked the same, and none matched the room we had originally selected. We were then informed that the room we had booked was actually already occupied/booked out and that we would not be able to stay in the room we had paid for. This was extremely disappointing, as the room we received was not what was advertised or what we had booked based on the pictures provided.

Big rooms , great staff , slow getting a bellman to leave 20 minutes so beware , but place is very nice and well run

Stayed at the Landmark a number of times. Great rooms and service.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. With a view over the Bangkok river and centrally located it is an oasis of calm among the busy streets. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel beautifully maintained to the highest standards. I highly recommend the Verandah restaurant - the food and view were both fantastic.

Absolutely loved my stay here, the location is also perfect
