Beach front to White Sand Beach. No matter what you pay the value is amazing. Staff was very friendly. Pool was the perfect temperature and the whole property is the beach. I stayed in a cluster villa and t the view of the ocean from my front porch was perfect. So glad I stayed here.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)

Honeymoon Villa Stay

We rented the Honeymoon Villa for our 43rd anniversary splurge. Right on the beach. Sand at my fingertips. I loved it. It was a dream come true. The villa itself tho, is dated and dark. It is a beautiful wooden interior, and that needs to be saved, but a few bright lamps would help. There is a loud, nighttime, beach side, bar in the evening. It's really fun!! 😀 The staff there are awesome. And always acknowledged us, thank you! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Nice buffet of Eastern and Western food. Good fresh veg and fruit.

The property's location was great and so was the pool. Everything else was just ok. The place needs some maintenance..view from my balcony included a wall of black mold caused by unmaintained guttering. The wait staff for breakfast could do with some training in hospitality i.e. "whatya want" with a glum look doesn't really cut it. Would've liked to eat there for our evening meals but one night was enough. The places next door were so much better. Friendly, better food and cheaper. Shame as great location. Obviously has budget restraints re management quality and maintenance.

Really good but….

The hotel itself is nice. Read a lot of comments about the breakfast been bad, but it is average. If you expect a fancy buffet, then this hotel is probably not for you. It was alright. Other reviews has been mentioning the sun beds around the pool. All of this is true and unfortunately it’s partly worse. According to the rules stated at the board next to the pool it’s not okey to reserve sun beds for a whole day. It says -if reserved sunbeds is not used for one hour, they will be available to other guests. Unfortunately this does not apply. The pool area opens at 8.00. So we where there to get some beds. But, we realized quite quickly that sun beds is reserved even over night. People is leaving all kinds of stuff on there beads over night. A good advice for the staff would be to collect stuff like towels, balls, books etc after closing (20.00) in that way all guess will have the same chance getting a sub bed in the morning. As it is right now, you are lucky to find a non reserved sunbed. But… the hotel it self is really good, great location, good service with pool towels available everyday. If the staff would make an evening run and remove stuff from sunbeds, then the hotel would be great

Vi bodde nyligen på Lagoon Hotel och vår upplevelse var tyvärr väldigt blandad. Rummet var okej, men vi valde och betalade för havsutsikt och fick istället en utsikt där en massa träd skymde havet, vilket var en besvikelse. En kväll fick vi dessutom elstötar från duschen, vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde duscha. Vi gick ner till receptionen och informerade dem, och de åtgärdade problemet, vilket vi uppskattar. Personalen är överlag trevlig och hjälpsam. Det finns dock flera saker som drar ner helhetsintrycket. Det är extremt mycket myror på rummet och även i poolområdet. Poolen är grön och grumlig, vilket inte känns fräscht. Vattenrutschbanan är bara igång någon enstaka gång under dagen. Det finns inte tillräckligt med madrasser till solstolarna, så ibland får man ligga direkt på trästolarna, vilket blir obekvämt efter en stund. Det finns dessutom bara tre parasoller, vilket är alldeles för lite. Vi valde bort frukost denna gång eftersom den var extremt dålig vid vårt förra besök. Istället valde vi att betala för tidig incheckning (kl. 12:00), men fick ändå vänta till 14:00 innan rummet var klart. Det positiva är att personalen är trevlig och hotellet ligger nära till det mesta, vilket är ett plus. Tyvärr väger det inte upp för alla brister under vistelsen.
