We enjoyed our stay at Knysna Hollow Country Estate a lot. The room is very spacious, the garden is beautiful and everything is very convenient. The food at the restaurant was always delicious. The waiting time for the food was a quite long. All in all a very nice Hotel and definitely worth visiting.

Boa estrutura, mas erra no básico

O hotel é muito bonito e bem equipado, mas infelizmente não entrega nem o básico: entra muita luz no quarto, o que prejudica o sono. Além disso, o wifi é terrível. Não consegui conectar no meu quarto, e nas áreas comuns quando conectava a velocidade era sofrível. Por fim, o café da manhã era fraco, e a atenção dos garçons, ruim. Nos 3 dias que estivemos lá nunca nos ofereceram o café na mesa.

Excelente acomodação e excelente restaurante no local, inclusive aberto para não hóspedes. A equipe bastante atencionsa e preocupada com o bem estar do hóspede. Ponto negativo: a internet funcionou precariamente no meu quarto, e também as atrações que fiz eram em Plettenberg, então a localização não ajudou muito.

Superb in all ways - a must stay!

Knysna Hollow Park is a beautiful location. The level of quality of the rooms and service were second to none - the most beautiful accommodation we have stayed at during our South African holiday. Gardens were an absolute treat also.
