The Oliver is a classic boutique hotel offering an exceptional level of service and quality. The location for downtown Knoxville can't be beat. It's adjacent to market square where are there so many different activities, restaurants, and shops.

This hotel is so cute and the AC is fantastic - very important to us! The room and bathroom are so adorable and the beds are super chic and comfy! The staff made sure we were happy with extra drinks and anything we needed.

My husband and I can in for a little anniversary celebration and truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cozy clean and exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful with things we were asking about nearby. You definitely need to check out the speakeasy as well during your stay. 10 out of 10.

A lovely place with terrific decor and atmosphere. It was an ideal location for my conference, too. The desk person was really friendly, even putting me in a suite because of a hiccup with my check in. Definitely recommend this place!
