the toilet was stopped up we did not get to report it. the coffee maker was not emptied there was a pod left and a cleaning cloth was left in the room by the coffee maker.

Was upset that my bathroom was dirty and someone had left cloths in closet. This tells me that the cleaners were lazy and not attentive. Shelf in bathroom had dirty sticky something goody, and clean face clothes displayed on top . Gross

Sunglasses at night!

Biggest complaint was our room faced the parking lot of the comfort Inn next door and the floodlights made it like trying to sleep on the sun. No exaggeration. No black out curtains hung a bedspread and towels still was super bright. Can’t believe we are the first to complain. A simple black out curtain would solve this easily.

I was up set that the pool had no heat. I called the week before to check the pool out and they told me it was all good. My grandkids were sad. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The bathroom faucet leaked. The showerhead was very harsh on body.

Good, but . . .

Hotel was clean, not noisy, room was clean. Check in was great, but the individual who was at front desk when we checked out was not.Since we used a "third party" to secure our reservations, meaning Hotels.com, it was almost like we were third rate citizens. I asked for a copy of our billing and she indicated that since we used a third party, they would have to give it us by email. She could have handled it much better but was obvious she didn't care.
