Rooms were just nasty. Things on the wall, down the dressers on the sides of the bed, on the mirror. Nothing looked clean or wiped down. Clean hard bed. Comfortable pillows..

Check in was smooth and the room was pretty nice. However, mattress was very hard and base was a metal one that creaked and thumped like an empty metal barrel when you were on the bed and moved.

Not a bad location to get to The Tennessee Volunteer game. Check in was friendly. It's just an older hotel that really needs some love. Dirty walls and floors and even though our room was non smoking there was still a stinch. They also had construction going on and there also seemed to people that lived there. I would not have felt safe if I was traveling alone.

even non smoking rooms stink

non smoking room, but the room reeked of smoke, and there were cigarette burns in the bed. The beds were very noisy when moving around. The floor was clean. The smoke detector was covered in plastic, which seems illegal.

The room was crawling with bugs on the bed and in the restroom. The hotel front desk lady only said she would move us to a different room. There are holes in the walls so moving to a different room wouldn't make the situation better. The beds are hard and have cigarette holes in the mattress. The room smelled like mildew. Worse hotel we ever booked!

Reserve the hotel because it had a pool.Pool was not even open. They no longer serve breakfast because of vendors. Maybe they should find new vendors? There is no coffee in the rooms not every room has a microwave so you can't heat up leftovers if you're hungry. Beds are a bit hard and if you move to turn and try to get comfortable you hear a metal squeaking under the bed or popping..

The room had a broken door frame on main door and broken doorknob on bathroom. Walls were very damaged with water and ink. Water pressure was good and the staff was efficient.

The room had a dirty, musty, smell. The metal box & frame for the bed were were extreme noisy every time you tossed or turned. Area reeked of Marijuana. A child was screaming in pain or terror & I was so concerned I ran out in my robe to render aid. Appears that a family w/ young children that work there also lives there. The children & their mother were also playing w/ toys in the parking lot, blocking access

The price seemed good, but when we got there people were drinking outside the rooms. The room itself was beat up. It smelled like stale cigarettes but we booked a non-smoking room. There were scratches and scuff marks everywhere on the walls. We left without staying the night because we didn't feel safe there.
