“An all round good experience, would go back”

“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Unfortunately the pool / spa area is grubby. From a long time of not being cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was kept nice and clean.”

“You couldn't ask for more. Central location, great customer service, restraunts and decor themed across the hotel. The room was a family room, which had a nook for a single bed giving people privacy. The room while not large is perfectly adequate with all the facilities you need. While we didn't dine in, but did have breakfast. The service was fabulous, as was the food. Parking is provided but can be awkward to manoeuvre once in due to the angle of the spaces. Highly recommend and will be back.”
