Ägarna är totalt frånvarande, Alla skyller på alla när ingenting fungerar. Ingen svarar på journumret. Folk får vänta en timme på en hamburgare i restaurangen. Här skulle verkligen ägarna ta tag i verksamheten och styra upp restaurang och drift. Läget är bra och hotellet som sådant har potential.

Levde inte upp till förväntningarna

Ligger en bit från havet så bil behövs när man ska bada. Trevligt med pool även om den var inomhus (varför öppnade man inte glasdörrarna som fanns?) Frukost och restaurang motsvarade inte förväntningarna. Vårt rum städades inte, vilket vi dock fick kompensation för.

Upptäcka Gotland

Det var en lugnt och skönt område med trevlig personal. Service personalen var dock inte det bästa, osäkra och ifråga satte om vi verkligen hade behov av service. Tvättmaskin som låg vägg i vägg med vårat rum gick till 02 på natten, vi gick och stängde av den vi 02 och sa sedan till dagen efter i receptionen. Tvättmaskinen var sedan avstängd på nätterna. Hotellvistelsen var i hela helt bra men för dyr för sitt utbud.

Lugn och trivsamt - men rätt dyrt

Mycket lugn och trevlig anläggning. Fräscht och bekvämt rum. Supertrevlig personal. Verkar vara bra restaurang (åt inte där) med ambitiöst vinutbud. Bra frukost. Besökte gymmet, som var mycket välutrustat och rymligt. Bodde i ett av deras hotellrum, och som enkelrum betraktat var det väl lite väl kostsamt... Kanske om man är intresserad av att utnyttja poolen och spa-tjänsterna.

På ett kort avstånd från en strand med utsikt över karlsöarba ligger ett hotell med ett härligt spa. Där kan du ta hand om kropp och själ i en avslappnande miljö.

Hotell med Scandic-standard

Ett hotell med standarden av ett typiskt Scandic-hotell. Hotellet skulle behöva en rejäl uppfräschning med andra färger, mer växter och mysigare känsla och utnyttja sitt fantastiska läge.
