The pool hours were not convinient. They close early and open late. Not worth the resort fee. It is a great location and easy to access the strip. Rooms were clean.

The hotel is nice and a little too busy but we did enjoy the room. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The only thing is that my “self” check in didn’t work for me. Tried reaching out to hotel and wasn’t helpful. So then we had to wait in line for 45 min to check in. It still took this long with 6 employees working. It seemed to me that they had no sense of urgency.

MGM grand was very clean and well presented. My main beef with it was the lack of complimentary coffee and no cups in the rooms. One has the impression the entire experience was to encourage spending within the hotel.
