ポット。エアコン、テレビのリモコンが無く、フロントにもらいに行きました 新しいタオルがありませんでした 窓のカギが壊れていて閉まらず、外の音が入って来てうるさい。

Terrible Room Condition

1. Dirty floor, feel like never sweep and mop, even can feel the dust on the floor. 2. Bed sheet with some yellowish stain on it. 3. Room lighting is weak, only 1 yellow color bulb lamp for the entire room, definitely not enough for a room. 4. Bathroom with water leaking issue, water leaked out from the bathroom into the floor in the hotel room. I and my wife only stay for 15 minutes in the room after check in, then we decided to check out immediately and search for another alternative hotel nearby after the receptionist told us that hotel rooms are fully booked.

泊まるだけのホテル

２階の奥の部屋だったため音は全く気にならずによく寝れた。しかし部屋でWi-Fiが使えずロビーでしか使えない。備品もタオルとミネラルウォーターのみ。冷蔵庫がなかったので不便だった。スタッフは愛想がない。クレジットで払っていてもデポジット50リンギットがいる。チェックアウト時に帰ってはくるが少し面倒くさかった。

bad room condition. as a hotel, unable to provide air-dryer for guest. but, i saw they are written on hotels.com web page said that they are provide hair dryer base on request. but when i request for it. the front liner told me that they are never provide hair dryer, not base on request. so, dont cheat people, please take out the air dryer provide base on request.
