We opted for this hotel based on parking availability. However we are pleased to report that our room was spacious and well equipped and at a good price. A full breakfast was included and we enjoyed Armenian food at the restaurant in the evening.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They give out good recommendations where to have dinner, and some of the popular sites to visit. The location is within walking distance to Old Town. The breakfast that is included has a god variety of food items. The rooms are worn in spots, towels are old, The floor material is low budget. Average quality for medium rates.

Roomy and comfortable stay

Nice hotel with large, clean, comfortable rooms. We only stayed one night, but it was nice to have the sitting area with the couch and the small kitchenette. The breakfast area was very nice and roomy with a small but adequate selection of food and good coffee.

Hotel was ok, a bit out of the tourist area (20 min walk), the spa was out of service, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel.

Ik had een hele ruime kamer met eettafel en een zithoek met bank. Het zag er schoon en goed verzorgd uit. Service prima en personeel vriendelijk, professioneel en zeer behulpzaam. Locatie tegenover het Sculpture park en dat is zeker een aanrader. Ontbijt niet al te uitgebreid maar goed verzorgd met klein gebakken broojes en die zijn heerlijk
