Great but humid rooms

Wonderful location right on the beachfront. Half empty due to low season made the availability in and around the pool, bar, breakfast great. I doubt that to be the case in high season. The only negative was the extremely humid, almost wet, room. Never experienced anything like it.

Note the 'Garden Wing' section is a lovely modern & newer part of this hotel. Room was very spacious with a great layout. Hotel is just across the road from beach. The 'Ocean Wing' section is in a completely separate location on the other side of road approx 500m away which you can use their facilities also but in my opinion it looked a bit dated & run down in the areas surrounding the pool. The local town area is very quiet with not much to do within walking distance. It appears a more popular destination for local Thai families. The beach cleanliness was not up to the standard of many other resorts all over Thailand in my opinion.

I stayed there with my husband and a puppy. This is a small-scaled family hotel so expect to see many kids. During this week the tide is high during the day (late morning - late evening) so if you wish to walk on the beach you have to wake up early, which I did and it was very nice. It is connected to the public beach, yet still maintained the privacy. There is one restaurant and one bar. The parking in front of the property is limited but there is a parking lot 300m away. Nevertheless, there is a shuttle bus available all day. Overall, we had a great time. If you wish to use the spa, advanced reservation is highly recommended especially during the weekend or long holiday.

-room difference with photo that show in the website , I book suites sea view room in advance for 2 months for celebrate my birthday but I got the room that can see only the plants ( I have photos if you want to see) -suite room but use curtains to block between bed and toilet,( sink and toilet are behind the bed ) - the best is staffs are very friendly -first night door lock broken, technician came to fix almost midnight -2nd night lights in the room can’t off , I called technician came to fix it -I informed hotel staff that I would like to talk to manger or someone, but nobody contact me

Bestilt 3 vÊrelser. Flere ting virker ikke pÄ vÊrelserne. TerrassedÞr kan ikke lukke sÄ aircon ikke virker. ToiletsÊde er lÞst, det bliver sÄ lavet dagen fÞr vi checker ud. FÄr en baby seng op til en 15 Ärige dreng pÄ 90 kg. De vil havde ekstra penge hvis vi skal have en ekstra seng. DÞre til vÊrelser binder og man skal trÊkke godt til ellers lukker de ikke. Da vi checker ud forlanger de ekstra penge for seng. Der mÄ jeg sÄ sige at det er betalt og de ikke fÄr en krone mere. Derefter kommer de med endnu en regning pÄ 274 baht. Noget de havde glemt. Der er intet styr pÄ noget som helst. Og de giver ikke information om at de bare gÄr ind pÄ vÊrelset og roder i tingene. Virkelig en dÄrlig oplevelse.

Strulig ankomst

Hade bokat 2 rum till min familj, men de hÀvdade att ett rum var avbestÀllt ? Efter mycket trassel fick vi ett rum till, men pÄ en annan del av hotellet !!! Det var en skönhetstÀvling (Miss Rayong) nÀr vi var dÀr, sÄ de kanske priorterade dessa gÀsterna... SÀngarna var ganska hÄrda, vilket tyvÀrr Àr vanligt i Thailand. StÀdningen uteblev en av dagarna. Frukostbuffén var riklig och smakade vÀldigt bra - servicen dÀr perfekt. Stor simbassÀng, men inte tillrÀckligt djup för att simma bekvÀmt. ca. 1,2 m Wing Garden, dÀr vi bodde, var nybyggt, och hade modern inredning, och vÀldigt fint. Ganska mycket mygg pÄ den nedsÀnkta bottenvÄningen, efter solnedgÄngen. NÀra till stranden, med stort utbud av prisvÀrdt seafood. Bra parkering och rent och fint i lobby, bar samt allmÀna utrymmen. Bar toaletten var snudd pÄ lyxig.
