Personel ise oldukça tecrübeli ve yardımsever; Kahvaltıda yöresel lezzetler olmasa da sunulan seçenekler gayet makul. Özellikle mutfak ekibi, sıcak yiyecekleri (örneğin patates ve sebze kızartmaları) taze bir şekilde hazırlayıp servis ediyor. Eğer Mardin’de bilinen ve rahat bir otel arıyorsanız, burası sizin için ideal bir tercih olabilir.

1 gece kaldık. Hijyen ve konfor konusunda harikaydı. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Tek eksik banyoda yeterli duş jeli şampuan ve sabun mevcut değildi. Ayrıca Diş fırçası, diş macunu, saç kremi koyulabilirdi.

4 arkadaş günlerce otel aradık ve puana göre en uygun olanı bulduk. Çok beklentimiz yoktu ancak beklentinin baya üzerindeydi. Odalar fazlasıyla temizdi ve kahvaltısı güzeldi. Resepsiyon oldukça güzel ilgilendi. Otele gidiyorsanız kesinlikle masaj, kese yaptırmanızı öneririm hamam, havuz gibi bölgeler oldukça temizdi.
