Das Zimmer war sehr verwohnt. Es fehlt ein Vorhang, KĂŒhlschrank veraltet, KĂŒche durch fehlende Utensilien nicht wirklich zu nutzen. Im Vorjahr wesentlich besser, dringend renovierungsbedĂŒrftig.

ExpĂ©rience catastrophique – cambriolage en plein jour et personnel complice ? Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine dans cet appart'hĂŽtel. Tout allait bien jusqu’au dernier jour. Ayant un vol tardif (22h35), nous avons demandĂ© Ă  garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps, ce que le personnel a acceptĂ©. Nous sommes allĂ©s bronzer Ă  quelques mĂštres de l'appartement et, Ă  notre retour, nous avons constatĂ© un cambriolage : valise fouillĂ©e, baie vitrĂ©e ouverte (jamais utilisĂ©e), argent liquide, papiers d’identitĂ©, cartes bancaires et baskets volĂ©s. Le plus choquant : aucune rĂ©action du personnel. Il a fallu INSISTER pour qu'ils appellent la police. Le "policier" est arrivĂ© en me faisant un "high five" a inspectĂ© les lieux sans sĂ©rieux, et a fini par "nous blĂąmer" pour le vol. Impossible d’obtenir une attestation de vol car il fallait soi-disant "attendre une enquĂȘte". Nous avons dĂ» partir sans justificatif. En creusant, nous avons dĂ©couvert que d’autres voyageurs ont subi des vols similaires dans ce mĂȘme hĂŽtel, avec les mĂȘmes comportements suspects du personnel. Rien de cela n’apparaĂźt clairement sur les avis du site, ce qui est extrĂȘmement inquiĂ©tant. Aucun soutien, aucune sĂ©curitĂ©, aucune responsabilitĂ©. HĂŽtel Ă  fuir absolument. ExpĂ©dia devrait cesser de le proposer tant que ces problĂšmes graves ne sont pas pris en charge. Si vous tenez Ă  vos affaires et Ă  votre tranquillitĂ©, passez votre chemin. Je ne peux pas plus dĂ©tailler avec d'autres arguments car le nb de caractĂšre est limitĂ©..
