De locatie is perfect met uitzicht op Wilder Kaiser. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt is in orde. Ik had 3 nachten geboekt en vraag me wel af waarom er geen enkele dag een poetsdame is langs geweest.

Expedia gaf aan dat 15:00 inchecken is; maar hotel heeft 17:00 aangehouden.. 2 uur staan wachten.

Eigentlich ganz schönes Hotel, jedoch bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher ob die Unzulänglichkeiten Zufall waren oder auf das junge unerfahrene Personal zurückzuführen sind. Ankunft im Hotel 18:30 komme aufs Zimmer Balkontür sperrangelweit offen (Außentemperatur = Innentemperatur 0°), Zimmer ausgekühlt. Trotz voll aufgedrehten Heizkörper Temperatur nicht über 10° angestiegen. Am nächsten Tag gegen 17:30 auf dem Zimmer angekommen, Balkontür gekippt, Zimmer ausgekühlt waren jedoch nicht 0° sondern 5°. Ergebnis eine schöne Erkältung mit nach Hause gebracht.

Wir waren in Anbetracht der "Coroana-Zeit" positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer waren bei Ankunft sehr sauber, wurden jedoch für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes nicht mehr durch Angestellte betreten . Dues hat uns nicht gestört. Handtücher konnten nach Bedarf ausgetauscht werden. Was mir gefehlt hat, war im Badezimmer ein Glas bzw Becher zum Zähneputzen und evtl. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Nicht minibarmäßig, sondern für die Kühlung der Getränke und ggf. Lebensmittel für Wanderungen. Im Winter hat man hierzu Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon, zu unserer Reisezeit leider nicht und das Zimmer hat sich obwohl die Temperaturen nicht so hoch waren, bei Sonnenschein doch aufgeheizt. Da es nachts gut abkühlt, kann man dennoch gut schlafen. Im Buffetbereich hat mit Hygienemaßnahmen alles bestens geklappt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut sortiert. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bzw. In ein anderes Explorer-Hotel kommen.
