The rooms were clean and renovated. The staff was super helpful and nice. There was no coffee maker in the room, as shown in the pictures. However, they did have coffee in the lobby, which was freshly ground and available 24/7. Location convenient to restaurants and the beach.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The property was near the beach. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our maintenance request was taken care of promptly. The pool and pool are didn't seem to get cleaned . Our bed was not comfortable because the sheets kept popping off and you’d end up on the mattress bed and it was saggy. Needed to do laundry but it was out of order.

Easy parking, very clean, staff were awesome, the breakfast had variety and hot. It was first time in Kitty Hawk and we enjoyed the stay. They let us have tables for takeout food. Patrons were very respectful of property where family would eat dinner, and play games. Only issue we encountered is pool was mistreated by customers and it was not as clean due to their negligence. Hotel staff would have lots of cleanup in the pool as a result so we didn’t wish to use. It’s a great hotel and we will stay here again!

We had a three night stay and found the hotel while not ocean front to be in a good location. You can walk to the beach access but with young children it’s super easy just to drive to one of the beach accesses. Our room was on the smaller side but clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and grabbing a cart to unload was too. The pool isn’t big but it never got incredibly crowded. The breakfast buffet was okay but got a little crowded and there’s some great places to go for breakfast at the obx. They have a pancake machine and coffee machines! I would stay here again.

My room was nice and bed comfortable. No coffee maker in room. Staff were rude. Check in at 8:30pm, receptionist was not interested after getting off phone to wait on me. Kathy (who told me her name was Kathy with a K) was rude and tried to argue when I checked out.
