In the middle of several fells

The location is excellent in the middle of several fells. Good hiking trails and scenic walking trails (and cross-country skiing tracks in winter) start from the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is one of the best in Lapland. The breakfast buffet is excellent, too. It also includes local specialties, e.g. spruce shoot fruitie, lingonberry vanilla smoothie and cloudberry jam. The log building is historical (built in 1948) but unfortunately the rooms need renovation. They are quite cozy but many small details are worn out. Sleep quality was excellent. I didn't hear any noise except the sound of water in the pipes. My bathroom was very small. This hotel is excellent if you are searching for a down-to-earth wilderness hotel but don't expect any luxury accommodation.

Eine schöne Zeit hier gehabt :)

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.Personal sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.Frühstück war auch gut. Ich finde das auch mit den Rentieren vor dem Hotel richtig schön.Wanderwege ab dem Hotel sind gut ausgeschildert.

Rauhallinen sijainti suoraan Pallastunturin juurella: reittivaihtoehtoja tunturiin heti hotellin pihalta! Majoituttu syyskuussa 2024 lomalla. Tilavat huoneet. Huoneet hieman ikääntyneet, mutta siistit ja rauhalliset ja ajoivat asiansa oikein hyvin! Mukavat sängyt. Ravintola ylitti odotukset: todella hyvä ruoka ja palvelu, runsas aamiainen (iso suositus puurolle!) - iso kiitos ja suositus! Ilmaiset opaspalvelut mukava plussa. Pääasiassa patikoitiin omaan tahtiin, mutta esim. iltakävely oppaan johdolla tunturin juurelle katsomaan revontulia oli kiva lisä! Myös iltaisin vaihtelevaa pientä ohjelmaa oppaiden johdolla (esim. kaitafilmit Pallaksen historiasta olivat kiva). Valittaisiin majapaikaksi ehdottomasti uudestaankin!

Huone vähän alkeellinen siihen nähden mitä odotettiin, kun kyseessä on kuitenkin Lapland hotels -ketju. Majoituimme syyskuussa, joten ilmastoinnille ei ollut tarvetta (sitä ei ollut). Aamupala oli todella hyvä!

Pallas on paras

Ruoka ja ruokapaikka olivat loistavst. Laatu ja palvelu. Huone oli vanha, mutta siisti. Kunnostusta vaativa. Ilmat olivat huonot, joten ympöristö ja luonnon vaikutusta ei nähnyt / ei ollut. Opastus ja opasteet reiteille oli hyvät sekä respan palvelut toimivat. Koira oli huomioitu majoituksessa.
