Felt like home with nice chairs on front porch, and coffee , water, fridge accessible. Although there were other guests, we felt like we were the only ones there (quiet). Also, just a beautiful property and walkable to Portsmouth for the Halloween parade. Loved our stay!

Stayed in one of the attic rooms and would recommend but not to very tall people as the sloped wall can get in the way. Overall fantastic stay, staff were helpful and free tea/coffee and snacks were very handy. Parking is easy and very walkable into Portsmouth, 15ish minutes across the bridge. Would recommend and stay again.

Quaint older inn. Great communication for check in and stay. Fantastic for a weekend couples stay. Highly recommend breakfast at Lil's Cafe and outdoor casual dinner at the Buoy Shack, both within walking distance. Kittery is lovely.
