Vacations Close To Kitkatla Longhouse

Plumbing and fixtures seemed quickly installed, and air conditioning and refrigerators a bit noisy, but rooms are huge, views are great, staff are very attentive and location is fabulous on the mountain. Good evening if you are not a golfer. Many hiking trials start just off the property.

Property is in a great location, has a restaurant and a lounge (can order food from either in it). Food was great! Service a tad slow, but could have been short staffed. Rooms are great, though showing some wear and tear and a little dated. Some beds are more comfy than others, some rooms larger even if booking the same class of room, but they are all great. They do offer free coffee and fruit in the morning, there's always a bowl of hard candy and fruit is out all day for anyone that wants one. Free water bottle fill up service in the lobby as well, which is really nice. They usually give you a package of cookies, in the room as well. There's a place to buy alcohol right next door. Some exceptional restaurants, down and around chinatown, or in the other direction. Don't have to walk far to find some great restaurants, or get close to the water. Have stayed here numerous times would highly recommend. Staff is great and helpful, parking is available in another building very close for a fee. Rooms are done up daily if you want.

The bedroom was very small despite having a king bed. There was no zipped duvet cover and and only two flat sheets covering the duvet which came off easily .The shower gel and shampoo was not replaced and we had to ask the reception to provide us with new ones. The air conditioning was fixed on a set temperature and would not be adjusted . The TV channels options were boring.

It's a beautiful condo that had everything we could need. Right in the heart of the city. Easy to walk and explore and a quick drive to the beach.

We stayed at Woodside Farm a few days ago and have wonderful memories of it. This place is amazing. It's both an educational farm and a charming hotel. Our accommodation had a very large bed and a superb bathroom. The entire hotel is tastefully furnished (bedrooms, lounge, and dining room). The staff is discreet and very friendly. Breakfast is perfect, with some fruit and eggs from the farm. The grounds are full of flowers and have a private path leading to a beach; along the way, you might disturb a few wild rabbits. We regret not having had more time to explore this place and its various amenities, as we had a rather busy schedule of sightseeing in the region.
