The staff were absolutely fantastic, we loved our stay, we were only in town for a weekend visiting friends, but wished we could have stayed longer. Also, the room was decorated perfectly, it looked like boutique hotels I've stayed in all over the world, but with more space.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Forgot to bring my HDMI cable and asked front desk if they have spare, originally she said they don’t have it but after awhile, she found it and delivered it to my room. The room is very clean. The hotel location is pretty good, it’s walkable distance to the Main Street in Kitchener, especially I brought my puppy with me this time, the park is also a walkable distance.

A big shout out to all the staff working at the front desk. They could not have been more professional. I noted on a pad a few tweaks to the room we stayed in I thought the management should consider. Normally, this would be a fool’s errand and met with a polite thank you. But not here. The person at the desk not only took time to read my list but gave very thoughtful responses, including the assurance that he would personally make sure the management saw it. I have no reason to believe he was not sincere. The entire hotel has been refurbished from top to bottom (when I lived in Kitchener in the late 60s there was a dive bar in the basement!). Now it is a well appointed restaurant and bar which served a deliscious and not overpriced breakfast. A memorable stay. We shall return.
