The staff was polite, quick check in and check out. They offer breakfast, we didn't stay for that. The lobby reception area was nice and clean. We stayed in the newly renovated area. The room was a nice size and the room and bathroom was clean. The parking was good.

Beds were updated and clean. Bathroom was extremely dated and not well maintained. Bath tub had hair in it. Not a clean area. There was a very rusty folded luggage rack in the bathroom and we were able to get one channel in clear on the tv. We only stayed one night so it served the purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just not a place I’d stay again.

They helped by moving us to the lower level, my wife has difficulty with stairs. The bed was excellent. However, At 7:30 a.m. a fire alarm bell, outside, started to ring and continued for a good hour. Only by looking outside and NOT seeing a fire truck did relax. No word from the staff. They need to continue upgrading. Would I recommend. No.

We were very disappointed with our room. Very outdated, walls with patched up holes not painted over. Heating/air conditioning was old and noisy. Pillows were lumpy. Curtain on bathroom window was semi sheer and didn’t fit the window. Anyone could have looked in. Would not recommend or stay there again. My husband thought the owner was nice and breakfast was ok. This room should NOT have been assigned to the public.

Room had a very strong cement smell that was made better if you have the ac on. Washroom was disgusting; lots of stains on the toilet, horrible pressure to the point were you have to wait about 10mins in between flushes, and even then it doesn’t flush properly. Other than the washroom and cement smell, the room was fine. A little on the small side but lots of restaurants nearby
