This is the second summer that we stayed at this hotel with our two kids, now ages 6 and 8. The pool was wonderful, we all had fun swimming as a family. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. The breakfast options were simple but nice and convenient. It was a reasonable price for what you get.

Basic but clean, no-nonsense hotel at the north end of town. Since Guelph is small, it was not a problem to get downtown or to the university. Free parking, quiet, and basic continental breakfast. Did not use the hot tub as it was not working when we were there, and did not bother using the pool as it was very small. Everything looked very clean though.

this hotel’s google rating is so low and unfairly so. it is very clean, the decor is trendy and from this decade, the staff are kind and attentive. what more could you expect from a hotel in this category. nazila made sure we had everything we needed upon check-in. barely had to ask for anything. thank you so much! def would stay again.

The room was clean. However, the AC unit made a loud rattling noise so we could not use it while we were in the room. Made for very uncomfortable sleeping. The towels were very old and yellowing. The elevator was filthy. The rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day but that did not happen. The staff was very accommodating when we called for clean towels, toilet paper and Kleenex.

The check in was great and helpful and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Checking out was not a great experience as there was no one at the desk and a line up. Our room needed some spot cleaning on mirrors, end tables and part of the floor. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Our room was in an excellent location right beside the pool and parking lot.

I really liked this hotel. The room was very clean and well decorated and functional - lots of desk space. I like the laminate flooring so much better than carpet! The breakfast area was clean and bright and coffee was good. Staff very friendly. I would stay here again.
