The place was close to the University of Waterloo, offered complimentary breakfast, and had an affordable room rate. However, the rooms and building need repair. The wallpaper is peeling, the stucco on the ceiling is cracking and flaking, the road signage is only partially lit, and the building looks very worn. This property needs renovations.

My room was clean and comfortable. The outside noise from the highway was not noticeable in the room at all and the blackout curtains kept the room dark for sleeping. The fridge was good but the freezer didn't keep my ice packs frozen. Microwave and coffee maker in the room worked fine. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I'd stay there again.
