The property was great for anyone looking for activities at a hotel. There was the bowling alley, arcade and pool! Parking was interesting- underground but the ceiling was very low- didnt fit a large SUV. There was outdoor parking close by.

The property was very clean, the decor was lovely, our junior suite was spacious and well appointed. We did not use the pool or spa but our friends reported that the pool was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Breakfast was varied each day and provided many options. Service was always excellent. Then there was Irma - she is an amazing lady with whom I exchanged many "alley" conversations. I loved her wealth of knowledge, empathic nature, and dedication to the Crowne Plaza. Irma - it was a distinct pleasure to have shared time with you.
