Good Value of the suite in that area

The suite have the best view in town and a very good value. With around US160 per night ,you can have the whole suite, with a superb lounge access and breakfast for 3 people, which is kind of a steal from my perspective.

This is probably my most favorite part of Japan with it being less populated so it means people are more down to earth and less Americanized than the more popular parts of Japan. Also this hotel is cheaper than other you will find in the inner city.

部屋の窓ガラスに手垢がいっぱいついてました。せっかく門司港の夜景や海が見える素敵なお部屋なのに、子供の手？とにかく額の跡や手垢がたくさん付いてて、ルームクリーニングの時に拭かないのかな？と思いました。 また、共有スペースの廊下の突き当たりにある窓も同様に手垢がペタペタ。。。子供が「廊下の窓が汚い」と言うのでよっぽどです。テンション高い中、お部屋に入って正面の窓にコレは残念としか言いようがないです。 各所の古さに関しては仕方がないにしても、窓が汚くて前の人の使用感があると、せっかくの旅行気分が台無しです。汚いから極力窓には触らないように子供達には言い聞かせていました。 あと、5人で予約しフロントで確認もされたのにアメニティが3セットしか置いてないし。ゆっくりしたいのにわざわざ、フロントまで取りに行かないと行けないし不親切だねと話していました。立地や設備はいいと思います。

客室は綺麗でスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。フライトキャンセルのために夜遅くに急遽予約しましたが、スムーズに泊まることができました。窓からの景色が港を一望できるわけではなかった点が少し残念でした。

朝食に至るまでほぼ完璧コストパフォーマンス最高たが　はやめの夕食は外で寿司で済ませて、欲張って夜のアルコールや軽食はイタリアンましたが全てガッカリでした。又もう一度泊まりにきますが　イタリアンだけはやめます。

門司港レトロの散策に便利というか、ホテルそのものが門司港の景観の一部になっている感じです。 オーシャンビューの部屋は関門海峡、関門大橋が見えるので旅の思い出になると思います。 ただ、周りの飲食店は遅い時間まではやっていないところが多いので、注意が必要です。

安く泊まれたので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、お風呂の木のドアの下部分が腐食しているのかボロボロになっている箇所があり、子供がそこに足をぶつけたら怪我するかもなと思いました。 あと、これは恐らくゲストの問題ですが、上の階にファミリーが泊まっているのか、朝から私たちの部屋にトントンという音がずっと響いてて、何の音？と全員で気になりました。 安く泊まれたので我慢できますが、残念でした。

大雨の日に伺いました。 チェックインの時間を早めてもらったり、傘やタオルを準備してもらったりしてすごく助かりました。電車や高速道路だけではなく、ホテルの周囲の渋滞情報も教えていただきました。 ラウンジのスパークリングワインやおつまみも美味しかったです。 雨には降られましたが、ホテルステイは快適でした。ありがとうございました。
