Clean fairly large room, that is maybe due for an upgrade. Still a great place, fabulous central location. Great breakfast buffet and literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. Kokura is a great place to visit and there is plenty to do and see. We will definitely be back.

The Good: convenient to rail stations and many options to eat close by. 2. They immediately addressed my need for feather free room upon arrival but never responded to the request through their website. Bad1. Lack of security- anyone in the train station can ride the elevator to hotel rooms bypassing check in. No security guard to keep vagrants out. 2. Poor Amenities - no Hair Dryer, No Clock, No lotion , no in room coffee3. Executive lounge does not have any beverages other than Beer and water and tea bags and coffee beans. Little bags of nuts. No breakfast lunch or dinner served and I paid extra for 5 beers...not worth it. 4. Window view of Kokura Castles was worthless because the glass has not been cleaned in years. I paid less per night at Hiltons and Marriotts in Japan. Stay in Hakata at a real luxury hotel.

Such a lovely modern hotel. Decent size room with a view over the station which my husband loved. Good comfortable bed and very clean indeed. Staff spoke excellent English and were so helpful. Great location right by the shinkansen and JR station as well as Kokura itself. Would stay again.
