Again one of the good hotel finds of 2024 for me - convenient location within the Kokura station itself that allows easy access to both Shinkansen and local trains, delectable array of breakfast items and rather large room with a stunning view of the Kitakyushu Monorail. Highly recommend!

Booked a bigger room in hopes for space for my baby to crawl/walk. But there was a huge awkward sofa in front of the bed, taking up all the free space that could have been for the baby or the luggages. But overall it’s still a relatively nice hotel, walkable and connected to several malls

仕事で2泊しました。利便重視での選択でした。 部屋の清潔さ(2泊目の清掃等)・朝食等は非常に満足行くものでしたが、チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの方の対応は、ここ数年の経験の中で最低でした。 ステータスから“空いていたら部屋のアップグレード可能ですか？”といういつもの問いに対し、馴れていないスタッフの方の対応は構わないのですが、斜め後ろにいた上役に確認された際のやり取りが筒抜けで、まるで“タダ乗り”と鼻で笑ったような態度が少し離れていたとはいえ見え聞こえるのは、正直不快に感じました。 であれば”VIP Access“に名乗りを上げなければ良いのでは、と思いました。 ”満室なので無理です“が結論で、であればシンプルに斯く伝えれば良いだけと思った次第です。 前週のヨーロッパのホテルと差が激しかったから鮮明なのかもしれませんが、それでも目に余ったので記載します。
