Very close to the JR station and eating drinking are is just beside the hotel. Room space is good enough, but I reserved 2 person however the ammenity kit was prepared for just one person is about to sorry. Hotel entrance is on the main streat side where Monorail is runnning, but google map is guiding to the opposit side of the Hotel where the drinking area.

チェックイン時機械で手続き取ろうと思ったができなくてフロントへフロントにて手続き取った後また機械へと手続きが面倒に感じました。チェックアウト時本日のフロントの方がとても丁寧で機械で精算した後エレベーターに乗る時まで見送りご挨拶いただいきました。とても良いフロントスタッフさんだと思いました

小倉駅から徒歩圏内で、飲食店や繁華街、お城や公園などにも歩いていける距離という立地でとても便利。客室は必要十分な広さで、今回利用した部屋にはマッサージチェアーもあって、疲れを癒すことができた。翌日もトイレから独立しており広々としていた。朝食もランチタイムには一般のお客さんからも人気なイタリアンレストランでの食事で、とても美味しくいただきました。また利用したくなるホテルでした。

ホテルそのものに不満はありませんが、予約する際に事前にお部屋がビルビュー（窓を開けると隣のビル）である事を明記して欲しかった。手を伸ばすと触れるんじゃないかと言うくらいの近さです。もちろん陽の光は一切入らないので、朝もお部屋の中は真っ暗でした。まるで◯ブホテルにいるかの様です。フロントで確認したところ、お部屋が決まるのは前日との事。事前にホテルに直接リクエストすれば、可能な限り対応させて頂きます。と言っていました。ホテルのホスピタリティは特に問題はない事は明記しておきます。
