The place was old and run down. The room smelled like spoiled milk. It looked like a cheap Motel.

This property is being used as emergency housing for homeless men and some families. During the night, there was a huge police activity. One of the guests sexually assaulted another underage guest in the room next door to us. STAY AWAY. UNSAFE!The rooms have been broken into, as evidenced by the damage to the door jams, the bathroom door was warped, and would not close. The playground is overgrown and littered with liquor bottles. Some of the buildings in the complex appear abandoned. You can imagine what the cleanliness was like....just stay away!

The property was dirty, trash on the floor, asked for more towels (since the room was not cleaned during the day) and they never came, offered to pick them up myself, and was told no they will be brought up but that never happened.

One of the most dirty and disgusting hotels ever. Trash everywhere- and I mean everywhere. Beer cans, nip bottles, HUNDREDS of cigarette butts, etc. The pool area looked the slums of LA. The " guests" were smoking and drinking everywhere. The staff was actually nice and my guess is they cut back due to Covid but there is no excuse the place waa a literal trash dump. It was surreal.
