This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( don’t reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. It’s a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. Only small discomfort is the room on the mezzanine which has very low ceilings so you can barely sit up. The beddings are comfy. But when it rained heavily you can hear the rain very close to you on the mezzanine floor. We didn’t bbq but saw others doing it. At night the fairy lights make the place look very pretty. The deck area is very comfy for al fresco dining.
