“Fabulous stay as always. This was our 5th stay at lakeside and we love the peace and relaxed luxury of the place. We took full advantage of the pool and surrounding facilities and I had the most amazing facial. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was a nice bonus and we had a fabulous sleep in a very comfy bed. Love it here, and we will return.”

The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish.
