Breakfast was located near the rooms with plenty to eat. Parking is on the street in front or there is a large lot to the rear. Room had what we needed and was clean. Quiet until about 6am when someone rolled up playing club music just outside our room. Bed comfy and hot shower. Could walk to get food, laundry down the street and a cute farmers market was setting up across the street when we left ( Friday).

The property encompasses quite a few rooms including apartments for longer stays, over businesses located on the ground floor, adjacent to the highway. The guesthouse is very clean & nicely decorated in the common areas as well as the rooms, the beds comfortable & the staff are friendly. The road, delivery truck’s & restaurants can be pretty noisy if windows are open to get a breeze but not noticeable when closed. Rooms facing away from street probably don’t have this issue. No AC for warmer months but a fan is included in each room. The room itself is quite spacious & the bathroom is well equipped and modern. Continental Breakfast included has many options & is served in a nice room. There is a store located next store for snacks & drinks but no refrigerator in regular rooms. Wharf & small local castle are located a short distance away. A good value if you are planning on going to Ailwee caves (30 minutes away)
