The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, albeit with only instant coffee provided, but after staying for a week, I still couldn't work the lighting or the smart loo (which was entirely unnecessary). Breakfast was extremely limited for a five star hotel, as were the restaurant choices - in the evening you are essentially limited to the pool restaurant or room service (which took almost 2 hours to come the one time I tried it). The pool area was not especially nice - overlooked by a construction site and not especially clean. Where the hotel really fails, though, is that they seem to confuse price with quality. Charging very high prices for everything, does not automatically make you good! If you're going to charge USD 20 for small glass of wine - make sure it is not the cheapest thing you can find that is barely drinkable and served at 30 degrees. If customers need to keep their room for a few hours after checkout - don't demand a price that is higher than the original room rate! And trying to charge USD 100 for transport to an address 2 km away is not going to work for most people. Overall, I found the reception staff, in particular, to be unhelpful and quite rude unfortunately.

The hotel is pretty decent, service and food are ok but no frills; the rooms are unexpectedly nice, clean and comfortable, the gym is awesome, pretty nice if you’re staying for business for long periods.

Good hotel but drinks and meal prices are crazy.

Maybe the best hotel in town, but more by lack of serious competition. Rooms are good and very clean, view on Congo river is very nice. High end rooms offer no additional superficy nor comfort, just access to a very poor lounge, so absolutely not worth the additional charge. Pool, parking and restaurants are of the expected level. BUT: prices for drinks and meals are outrageous. 7USD for a small bottle of water, 5 USD for an expresso, 50 USD for breakfast, 90USD for a bottle of poor Chablis wine are outrageous.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay and will return. There were some mechanic problems with the room which caused some problems and the night shift struggled in taking care of the problem. The day shift were right on it and took care of it immediately. Night shift is not very good with customer service as the day shift. Night shift more neglectful and would tell me they would take care of something but then an hour later nothing.

Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. Hôtel confortable et sûr. Personnel éminemment sympathique toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Petit-déjeuner copieux et de très bonne qualité avec in choix exceptionnel. Les agents de sécurité sont parfois pesants .... et trop souvent maladroits . Les chambres ne sont manifestement pas checkées avant l'arrivée du client - encore plus regrettable pour un client fidèle et fréquent ! L'état des moquettes est largement perfectible y compris dans les ascenseurs. La fourniture des serviettes est "chaotique" !!

フロンともコンシェルジュもスタッフに一度伝えても実行せず、何回も連絡して初めて動くということが何度もありました。 キンシャサで一番高い宿泊代を取る以上きっちりとしたサービスを提供してもらえれば嬉しい。 エレベーターの前にいるセキュリティは宿泊者でない人間を平気で上にあげるのでセキュリティの意味がない。 少なくとも宿泊名簿に載っていない宿泊関係者は全員来客のカードを持たせてほしい。 見た目で判断し、スーツを着ていれば素通りさせている。 アフリカではセキュリティに一番高いお金を払って宿泊しているので、セキュリティ対策をしっかりしていないならこのホテルに泊まる意味が薄れてしまう。
