It was a wonderful old, well maintained hotel. Parking is tough, but once you have that everything else is perfect. Staff was kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and quaint hotel. Lovely welcome, and comfortable room. We had a lovely view of the harbour. The breakfast was delicious, only downside was no option for full Irish vegetarian breakfast. So I had food envy as I sadly opted for scrambled eggs in toast. However had I ordered a pastry I don’t think I would have been disappointed as they looked delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location. The room was cozy and had all that we needed. It isn’t fancy or new. It’s just charming authentic and cozy. And right in town. Had to park for free in a nearby lot. Not an issue.

Getting upgrade was exciting UNTIL. Jacuzzi bath- out of order, sky box doesn't work, lots of light swithches broken or do nothing, flock of pigeons living outside bedroom windows. Bed was comfortable whie pillows terrible, hole in hallway floor under carpet etc

Wonderful little bespoke hotel

Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of Kinsale. Beautiful rooms and spotlessly clean. Nice staff - very friendly. No bar or restaurant but not needed as the little cafe on the ground floor was lovely and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Totally recommend staying here.

Great location - right in the center of town. The building is very old and well maintained however the windows didn’t fully open or close so noise and cooling were hard to manage. The bath was very modern for such an old building.

Friendly Staff and Good Location

Location is great and staff were super nice. The room itself was a little tight and tired. Parking can be a nightmare anywhere in downtown Kinsale, so if you don't have a car, you'll be alright.

Hotel was a quaint older building. Lots of charm and character, clean, good location -- but the mattress felt as old as the place and I did not get good sleep. When paying a boutique hotel price, I expect to have a comfortable, modern bed.

Perfect stay with the most comfortable bed ever

Friendly welcome from both receptionists in Blue Haven & Old Bank Townhouse. Hotel is in a beautiful building located right in the heart of Kinsale with views over the marina. The rooms are of a very high quality with original period features, very clean and the large bed was one of the best we have ever slept in. Dinner in the Blue Haven restaurant is not to be missed and breakfast in the Old Bank House cafe was divine. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Street side room was extremely noisy. Road noise, nighttime working on man hole cover, car alarm going off for 40 minutes and noisy hallway from drunken neighbors & garbage pickup. These are out of the control of the hotel, but be sure to request room not on the street side.

Welcoming staff-Jude is phenomenal-helpful, courteous, friendly and patient. Room was beautiful, comfy and lovely room and bathroom. Location is in heart of town, Even the post office is next store. Convenient on street parking. Lovely full breakfast included in delightful onsite cafe. Highly recommend!
