Overall we had a great stay at Hydrangea House. We did get a bit cold as the heating went out but it was over a holiday week so there wasn't much that could be done. We did just fine. The house is comfortable and in a great country type setting.

Check-in directions were sent ahead of time and were clear and easy to follow. The location is a bit remote - eat before you get there because there isn't much around. Everything about the property is fine - nothing fancy, but provided everything we needed for a two day stay.

The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in.

All good.

Very nice place to stay. We stayed two nights. Other than low water pressure in the shower everything was as dedcribed. Good contact with the owner. I can honestly recommend.
