Sort of expected heated pool might be open. Garbage and recycling instructions confusing, couldn’t find bins near front. Bed on the high side but comfortable. Clean and comfortable, nice decor throughout

Nice place to spend the weekend in Kingsville. House and room were tastefully decorated, and it was like a trip to the past. Backyard pool area was nice to sit in the sun, in a private, fenced setting.

It was a good property however the picture shown in the add ( room) was not the same as we got .. to live or may be updates were done . Rest was ok . Thanks for giving us the call back when we weren’t able to get the digital lock open .

The Kingsville House is very beautifully decorated with period furniture and modern each room seems to have a style and story of its own. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Our weekend was family oriented with lots of work and some stress involved. We appreciated coming back to our quiet and charming space to recharge and rest. Our hosts Paul and Kim were accommodating and easy to communicate with. Given this was our first experience with an AirBNB we were very pleased and happy. We will most definitely consider coming back again. 😊

OK. will not stay here again

Nicely remodeled old home. Clean. Pool looked lovely but too cold to use during our stay. Our room - beach house room - cute decor but was too small even for just 2. Ok if just overnight bags but we had airline check and carry on bags. Had to leave them in the hall until night two when another couple checked in. Their room - nest- was larger. Need room darkening shades. Be aware-No access to kitchen. Good location but we’ll stay in town next time.

The room was lovely, the house quiet (we were the only ones there). A few issues. There was some confusion checking in with the room being referred to as "On the Vine Room". There were 3 rooms, and none were named this. We were hesitant but ended up trying the room with "Wine" in the title, which was the right room. Second, the coffee maker didn't work. Third, the bed is VERY high. I am of average height and I needed to step on a chair to get up on the bed. Very comfortable once up there! We weren't able to get live TV, directions weren't clear for that. All else was very good. Clean, nice furnishings, and a well appointed bathroom. Backyard with several sitting areas and heated pool looked great, though the weather wasn't nice enough to make use of it. Location was convenient for us to travel to Pelee Park each day (20 min drive).
