The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable. Although not by the sea the view was lovely looking over Brighton Bay. The nearby beach (Brighton beach ) is a 10 minute walk through woodland or 25minutes along the road. There is a menu available for an evening meal - need to liaise with the owner.

Sharon was wonderful! This property is spotless and fresh. The atmosphere is very quiet. Sharon’s dinner and breakfast were delicious. We had the best rest here after a busy couple of weeks island-hopping. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good but there is room for options. The ocean view from the common areas and balcony is spectacular. Sharon was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond for me to have a good "Vincy" experience.

Sharon was an incredible host. Her knowledge of St. Vincent and the Grenadines was extremely helpful. Her meals were out of this world. Traditional Caribbean food is what we look for and she nailed it. A constant breeze off the ocean made for a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.

The Mulligan is a hidden gem that offers a relaxed vibe, fantastic hospitality, scrumptious home cooked local food, clean a comfortable accommodations with a gorgeous view. Sharon welcomes her guest and immediately makes them feel at home. She is great with communication and delightful to work with to arrange airport transfers and provide local recommendations. An added bonus is Dejoun the VIP Taxi operator (informal tour guide) who provides a wonderful welcome to the island on the way to/from the Mulligan. We highly recommend!

Sharon runs this property; she is an absolute fount of information and history of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Her B & B is very quaint, but it does not have AC, so you'll have to accept being outdoors or near the doors to get a wonderful breeze. Prepare yourself for mosquitoes. The best recommendation I can make is to bring disposable mosquito coils, spray the room before you go to bed, and spray yourself with a personal bug repellent, or prepare to look like a pincushion in the morning. The view of the Atlantic Ocean from her place is amazing. You'll see cows and goats grazing all over the place. The road to her establishment is challenging, but the hospitality is well worth the roller-coaster ride. She uses ALL-natural herbs and ingredients, and the meals were FANTASTIC!!! I had previously stayed at another resort and only spent 2 days at the Milligan House, but if I had known, I would have spent the entire time at her establishment. It is peaceful, serene, beautiful, and relaxing.

The Milligan Guest House felt like home. The hostess, Sharon, warmly welcomes you into her home and looks after you like family. I arranged an airport transfer with The Milligan Guest House prior to my arrival (recommended) and also asked if I could have dinner arranged for the evening (delicious, and highly recommended). Sharon prepared breakfast each morning for me and it was just so delicious! I loved that she made banana fritters for me because she thought I would enjoy them, and knowing I had been to Kenya she also made me a dish from there! The coffee was also delicious. The Milligan Guest House is exceptionally clean, and it’s so peaceful to sit on the patio watching the waves and listening to the breeze. The rooms are just the right size and so comfortable. The common area is also tastefully decorated and welcoming. I enjoyed sitting there listening to the rain one evening on the comfortable sofa. I recommend The Milligan Guest House to all travellers, especially those looking for an authentic experience of Vincentian hospitality.

A lovely guesthouse in a quiet neighbourhood. We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed it very much. The location is convenient between the airport and Kingstown, but beware: the small road leading to the guesthouse is partially unpaved! If you plan to rent a car, make sure it can handle rough terrain. Otherwise everything was great and the host Sharon cooked us a fantastic local stew.

It is with pleasure that I write this review on Milligian House. This was a last minute booking for my friend and I because our flights didnt align with our hotel stay. I didnt expect anything special but I WAS WRONG. Ms. Sharon is the absolute best. She is like a warm hug from your favorite cool aunt. She was welcoming and her home is beautiful. Everything was clean and well kept and the breakfast was 1000/10. Ms. Sharon is very accommodating and even took us to the beach for a bit of fun. The location is a bit isolated (intentionally) so if you plan to be in and out of Kingstown, you may want to book a personal taxi for the week. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean and is the most relaxing stay. Ms. Sharon has the best stories, I could listen to her antidotes for hours. When I return to St. Vincent, I will certainly be staying here

Excellent hotel & Outstanding Service

We stayed at the Milligan for four nights ( March 2023) and had a wonderful time. Sharon and Lennox have a beautiful place and took care of us like family ; they were very accommodating of our dietary restrictions and took sincere efforts in providing us with very delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. Also Lennox is a wonderful tour guide with a great sense of humor and he took us around the whole country in three days and made sure we enjoyed every minute. We would stay here again if we visit St Vincent in the future and would highly recommend the Milligan for a perfect vacation. It was a home away from home for us. Highly recommend this place.
