The staff, including the reception, and the bellhop were helpful, courteous, and excellent; the room was immaculate, with great views; breakfast, even with the foregoing, was a treat and highlight, with tasty, and diverse offerings, great waiters with courteous service; the pace is unhurried, within a spacious physical environment. the Pegasus is exceptional in every way.

I have never stayed at a hotel that reminded me of a great cruise. The Pegasus delivered something remarkably delicious..the most delicious food seemingly round the clock. Great beautiful property. It should be a world wide chain. Something so good should not be relegated just to Jamaica.

This is an older style hotel but my room was renovated, bathroom was very nice, modern and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, probably on one of the lower floors.
