Great location close to waterfront, live theatre, boat cruise departure. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Really nice hosts, with good quality varied breakfast offerings.

The hosts Colin and Peter were absolutely fantastic from the time we arrived to us leaving nothing was too much trouble the property is immaculate inside and out the decor is amazing our room was exactly as described very roomy and a large en-suite bathroom the breakfast is amazing an easy walk to the marina and local restaurants, we loved our stay would definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay at Seaway was excellent starting with our early check in to the warm and informative welcome from Peter, to the amazing breakfasts by Colin and to the spotless and very attractive manor. Our stay here made our getaway to Ganonoque very memorable.

We had a great stay here with our kids. The hosts were lovely and made gluten-free breakfasts for me, and we could walk everywhere and found some great restaurants. The two-queen suite was spacious and perfect for us.

This was our 3rd visit and it is easily the finest bed and breakfast we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms, toiletries and exceptional breakfast make the an easy 5star accommodation. The hosts are helpful with recommendations and even assisted in dining reservations.

Wonderful stay

The hosts, Colin and Peter, are very welcoming. Breakfast was prepared individually for all guests and allowed for substitutions for allergies etc. They are very helpful in suggesting things to do and where to eat in Gananoque.

We had a very nice time at Colin and Peter’s place. The breakfast was delicious, and Colin cooked the same breakfast but with home made gluten free items for my celiac partner, it felt very safe and as good as my « regular » breakfast. This is an excellent bed and breakfast; beautiful home in a perfect location. The rooms are comfortable, makes you feel like you’re at home. The hosts are amazing; very friendly (humorous and offer great advice/suggestions); more than welcoming in their home. Breakfasts are absolutely delicious!
