It's said jacuzzi included in the reservation,then we was told we paid tok pay too us it 10,000 each people in jamaica which comes out too be around 64.00 each that was just horrible when you think your getting pool and jacuzzi and get hit with $$ amounts and we was told our reservation wasn't found so we had too pay $38 extra for the roo After reservation was confirmed and we showed the worker that checked us in and expedia confirm my reservation with me.Bad service and information would never go back

The room and overall facility were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent customer service. However, I was disappointed that, despite the property being advertised as non-smoking, my room had a noticeable smoke odor. The fact that the windows had been left open made it seem as though the issue was already known. What made this more frustrating was that the property appeared to have very few guests—I only noticed two other vehicles in the parking lot—so I wondered why a different room wasn't assigned. In hindsight, I understand why the staff asked if I wanted to inspect the room before accepting the key. Unfortunately, I dropped off my bags and left immediately, returning later that evening completely exhausted. By then, I was too tired to request a room change.
