Second time staying at the ROK hotel in Kingston and I was not disappointed. Location was great easy access to airport with several eatery options near by. Check in was a breeze. The receptionist was Jada who was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Received a room upgrade that was a plus. My suite was clean and well laid out. Staff in the dining room and bar were also very pleasant and profession. Will definately return to ROk when visiting kingston.

The room has a really musty smell that does not go away even with the airconditioning running. That smell stays and is very uncomfortable. The pool closes at 7pm which is unlike most places I have stayed. They have an amazing breakfast though, so we liked that
