Pool is in disrepair long term. No elevator, so we had to walk down a set of stairs that took us to the hall to walk up two flights of stairs to our room with a heavy suitcase. Got unpacked and the toilet was broken. Manager said it would be fixed but minutes later came to the room with a different room key, so we had to pack everything up to move to another room. No designated parking area as they share the lot with a busy restaurant. I spent 20 minutes driving around trying to snag a parking spot. The room itself is nice and clean. The amenities we were banking on for this stay were disappointing. The staff was very kind, but it was not what we expected! Womp, womp!

We arrived on site at 10 pm after a long drive and the place was nearly all dark. There was no restaurant on site as advertised...but a Mexican restaurant in the same large lot. We got our key and when we got to the key access door to our part it was taped over for open access to anyone. We decided to go eat and whenwe got to Completely unacceptable and insafe!! The Mexican restaurant warned us about what went on. My partner went out to get stuff from our car and witnessed multiple vehicles coming and going that were not patrons. One "guest" quietly stated this is how they do it. One drug deal at a time. He then advised we might want to find lodging elsewhere. A hotel that has over 250 rooms had only 5 vehicles in the lot except for the ones coming and going. I have pictures and some video. We packed up at 1:00 am and left. This was unnerving, expensive as we couldn't get a room anywhere convenient . We had to pay over 100.00 more that night. I called the PBI when we arrived at a safe hotel and complained. He said he would refund me but that he has never heard any such complaint. A staff member at the new hotel said it's a know drug den... I suffer from a chronic illness that stress exacerbates and the stress made me miss the whole event I was even in town for. Refunding my roomrate didnt nearly cover the cost of PBI's actions and stress. The added stress room etc cost me double what it should have. Expedia published a false ad as well. This place was not sage,

I used to have birthday parties as a kid here and it's nice to stay when in town visiting family. I left my headphones and they were so nice about me coming back to look for them which I found and no one took or threw them away.

Very out of date, door to room with light shining through on all sides, and vacuuming before 9:00 AM. Air conditioner loud and not very cooling. Needs to be renovated.

This hotel was not clean. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes smoking. The key didn’t work most of the time, we had to go back and forth to the reception to have the key replaced. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice though.

There was an odor in the room, a mixture of cigarette smoke, cooking smells, and mold. Sleeping overnight resulted in raw throat and sinus congestion. Our room was in the back where staff routinely smoked cigarettes, it was secluded back there and there were persons lingering in parked cars.

The staff was not friendly. The man who checked us in was not friendly. Breakfast was dry packaged food. A staff member was cleaning the tables while were seating. She continued to clean while the customers were eating breakfast. Why were the tables cleaned prior to breakfast time. I will not choose this hotel again. It was worth the price I paid for.

Pictures definitely do not match the actual condition. General disrepair around property, including leaking water through windows in a rainstorm. Coffee was really bad, even for hotel coffee. Carpeting in hallways visibly dirty. Funky smell in breakfast area.
