The grounds and rooms and decor are very upscale Catskill and nice. I really enjoyed the many amenities available all day, including: games; coffee and tea; s'more kits; the fire pit that was well tended (and there was also an outdoor fireplace), the gas fireplace in the room and the small touches even in terms of encouraging a relaxing shower and the noise-cancelling machine in room - just very thoughtful touches everywhere.

We loved our stay. The room and property was beautiful, with comfortable places to sit in and out. We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace and sleeping in the very comfortable bed! Jen was so helpful with local suggestions and guided us to a great dinner spot. The location is also easily walkable to the Main Street. Breakfast had many healthy options and everything was delicious. We highly recommend Hotel Mountain Brook!

Everything at the Hotel Mountain Brook was spectacular in every way with the exception of an unreliable internet connection. Sean, Chloe and the rest of the staff were lovely and amazingly helpful. We definitely will return and we highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay here for one night but a little disappointed in the Mountain View from our balcony. Not much to see there. However, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. Can’t really walk anywhere from there but the location was easily accessible to the main areas by car. The staff was attentive and we enjoyed our stay.

Came for a weekend for my wife’s birthday. Everything from the moment we stepped in was excellent. The attention to detail from the staff is superb. And the check this in when we arrived and the next day we had Jen and both were tremendous. They gave us a little bottle of Prosecco when we arrived and everything we needed was taken care of prior. The property itself is beautiful, very manicured and it’s a walking distance to the town. I will definitely be coming back here and recommended to others.
